Safety First
Safe Packaging for Glass Bottles
We adopt standard export packaging for fragile glass bottles. Each bottle is separated with honeycomb paper and custom dividers to avoid collision and friction during transit.
All goods are wrapped with stretch film and fixed by straps on fumigation-free export pallets, fully complying with international shipping rules.
We use thickened high-strength cartons for outer packaging, which adapts to long-distance overseas transportation and resists extrusion and vibration.
Packaging
Packaging Options
We adopt conventional standardized packaging solutions, which can be flexibly adjusted according to customers’ order volume and shipping methods to suit different logistics scenarios.
Option 1: Carton with Dividers
Each glass bottle is individually placed in a partition carton for isolated protection. After sorting and boxing, the cartons are stacked on standard pallets, wrapped with stretch film and fixed with straps to form stable shipping units.
Option 2: Pallet Packing with Paper Dividers
Hard paper trays are used as the pallet base. Bottles are neatly placed layer by layer, with separate dividers between bottles and paper baffles between layers. The whole pallet is fully wrapped and reinforced for safe bulk transportation.
