Core Services
Packaging Protection
We adopt multi-layer protective packaging since glass bottles are vulnerable to collision and compression during long-distance shipping.
Shock-resistant foam dividers, reinforced cartons and individual liners are selected according to bottle size and order quantity to minimize scratches and impact damage for safe arrival.
Warranty, Return & Replacement
Under proper storage and normal operation conditions, we provide after-sales support for glass bottles with material or manufacturing defects such as cracking, uneven wall thickness, neck deformation and poor sealing performance.
The warranty does not cover damage from rough handling, improper storage, human error during operation or normal wear.
If you receive goods with obvious breakage, quality defects or quantity discrepancy, please contact us within 7 calendar days. Prepare your order ID, product information and clear photos or videos for verification. After confirmation, we will arrange replacement, refund or other remedies to minimize your losses.
After-sales Workflow
- Receipt & Inspection Inspect outer packaging, count quantities and check for transit damage upon receipt. Notify us immediately if any abnormality is found.
- Issue Submission Send order information with clear photos or videos to help us identify the root cause.
- Evaluation & Resolution We assess the situation and communicate with you to confirm the optimal solution.
- Follow-up After resolution, we follow up to ensure you receive replacement goods or the agreed remedy.
After-Sales & Claims Policy
Warranty Period
Within 30 days from the Bill of Lading date, manufacturing defects will be verified by both parties with supporting evidence. For confirmed defective products, the Seller may issue a refund at the contracted unit price of the bottles or arrange replacement in your next order.
Transit Risk
The Seller’s liability ends once goods are loaded and the container is sealed. Breakage risks after loading shall be subject to the trade term agreed in the order. The Buyer shall confirm the risk transfer point before placing an order.
Inspection & Claims
The Buyer shall conduct unpacking inspection within 7 calendar days after goods arrival and submit claims in writing. Required documents: photos of outer cartons before opening, photos of damaged items together with cartons, carrier damage report (if available), carton numbers and batch numbers.
Emails qualify as written notice. Late submission or incomplete evidence will be deemed as acceptance of goods.
Compensation
For confirmed claims under the Seller’s liability, the Seller will refund at the contracted unit price of affected goods (excluding freight, insurance and duties), or supply the same quantity of replacements free of charge in your next order (replacement freight to be borne by the Buyer).
The Seller shall not compensate for indirect losses such as lost profits or production downtime.
Exclusions & Reasonable Loss
The Seller shall not be liable for breakage caused by Buyer-specified packaging/marking, improper storage, secondary sorting, labeling or filling, as well as defects discovered after product usage. Reasonable transit loss within 3% is non-compensable; any loss exceeding 3% will be refunded at the contracted bottle unit price.
Policy Disclaimer
These terms are general guidelines. Final obligations are governed by the signed sales contract or proforma invoice and agreed Incoterms.
Your satisfaction is our priority. Our service does not end upon shipment. Rooted in long-term partnership, our China-based team is ready to support you anytime.
