Procurement Assurance
Transparent buyer & seller protection for every glass bottle order — from payment to delivery, from quality to after-sales.
Buyer Protection
What we guarantee for you, from placing the order to receiving the goods.
Payment & Fund Security
We accept T/T and third-party payments via [PayPal / WorldFirst / PingPong].
All payments go into our corporate account; the beneficiary name matches our company name.
Payment terms: 30% deposit to start production; 70% balance against B/L copy or inspection report.
Proforma Invoice (PI) and payment receipts are provided for your accounting.
Bank charges caused by our account issues are borne by us.
Quality Assurance (Glass Bottles)
Free pre-production samples; production starts only after your approval.
Acceptance criteria: no visible bubbles, smooth mold seams, flat bottle mouth, verticality within industry tolerance.
Third-party certification is supported.
Customer-designated third-party companies are welcome to monitor and inspect production quality throughout the entire production process.
Color deviation kept within industry tolerance; obvious deviation will be remade or compensated.
Manufacturing defects (incl. wrong/missing print): if verified within 30 days from the B/L date, refund at the contracted unit price or free replacement (replacement freight at buyer's cost).
Breakage Compensation
Coverage: applies to orders where we arrange shipment (e.g., CIF, DDP). Under FOB/EXW or similar terms, risk transfers at the loading port per the agreed Incoterms; the contract prevails.
Breakage within 3% is normal loss. Any excess is refunded at the contracted unit price or replaced free with your next order (replacement freight at buyer's cost).
If breakage exceeds 10% of a batch, we fully compensate the affected goods at the contracted unit price (including the within-3% portion) and prioritize replacement.
If breakage is caused by our packaging, repackaging and replacement costs are on us.
Claims: within 7 days of receipt, submit unboxing video, photos of outer cartons before opening, photos of damaged items with cartons, quantity list, carton/batch numbers. We respond with a solution within 48 hours. No need to return damaged goods.
Compensation is based on the contracted unit price, excluding freight, insurance and duties. Indirect losses (e.g., lost profits, downtime) are not covered.
Delivery Guarantee
Delay caused by us: compensation of 0.5% of order value per day, capped at 5%.
Force majeure (shipping congestion, port strikes, etc.): prompt written notice plus logistics assistance.
Storage or demurrage costs caused by our delay are reimbursed against valid documents.
In peak seasons (pre-Christmas, pre-Black Friday), we share production schedules in advance and never over-commit on lead times.
After-Sales Response
Dedicated 1-on-1 follow-up; response within 2 working hours.
Quality issues attributable to us: refund or replacement.
Preliminary solution within 48 hours for every after-sales issue.
Post-order follow-up on product usage for continuous improvement.
Seller Protection
We commit to the protection above. We also need your cooperation on these basic trading terms.
Payment Terms
Production starts once the 30% deposit is received.
Custom mold orders: mold fee payable in full in advance.
Balance payable against B/L copy or inspection report.
If the balance is overdue by more than 7 days, we may hold shipment; storage fees are for the buyer's account.
Order Cancellation & Changes
Cancellation for buyer's reasons: material and labor costs already incurred are settled as incurred.
Specification changes after production starts: samples and delivery time to be reconfirmed.
Mold fee is non-refundable once mold-making begins.
Delays caused by frequent buyer changes extend delivery time; we bear no liability.
Inspection & Receipt
Inspect and raise claims within 7 days of receipt; otherwise, goods are deemed accepted.
Third-party inspection: written notice 3 days before production completion.
We are not liable for delays or damage caused by buyer-designated carriers or freight forwarders.
If buyer-arranged inspection misses the agreed deadline and delays shipment, delivery is extended accordingly.
Communication & Cooperation
Provide accurate delivery address, contact person and clearance documents.
Destination clearance is the buyer's responsibility, including any costs from clearance delays.
Special packaging/labeling requirements: confirm in writing before ordering.
If your country requires special import certifications for glass products, please inform us in advance. We assist with documents but are not liable for clearance failure due to missing certifications.
These terms are general guidelines. Final obligations are governed by the signed sales contract or proforma invoice and the agreed Incoterms.
Your satisfaction is our priority. Our service does not end upon shipment — our team is ready to support you anytime.
