Brand-Built

Custom Glass Bottles

Want bottles that carry your brand identity? We start with in-depth discussion of your brand positioning, application and target market, with a dedicated team following every step. Samples are refined through your feedback until final sign-off, and quality and delivery stay tightly controlled during production. This deep-customization makes your packaging truly unique and your products more competitive.

1

Communication — Understanding Your Needs

Whether you bring a sketch, a sample, or just an idea, we listen and analyze your needs — shape, color, capacity and use — then advise on product fit, target audience and application.

Step 1 Communication
2

Design — Bringing Ideas Further

The design team turns our discussions into initial proposals with CAD drawings and 3D renders. Once approved, we detail production specs — size, wall thickness, neck finish and forming — ensuring feasibility before your sign-off.

Step 2 Design
3

Mold Making — Precision Craft

After drawings are confirmed, we machine custom molds with high precision and produce core parts like neck rings. Every mold is strictly checked against the drawings, laying a solid quality foundation.

Step 3 Mold Making
4

Sampling — Produce, Test & Ship

We trial-produce the first samples, which you receive in full for testing. Share any changes, and we refine the mold and process until the samples fully meet your expectations.

Step 4 Sampling
5

Mass Production — Strict Quality Control

Once samples are approved, mass production begins. Advanced forming ensures even, high-quality bottles, and dedicated QC at every stage monitors material purity, bottle integrity, dimensional accuracy and clarity.

Step 5 Mass Production
6

Packaging & Delivery — On Time, Intact

After passing QC, bottles are packed with professional materials to avoid transit damage. Logistics can be arranged and tracked throughout to ensure on-time, intact delivery.

Step 6 Packaging & Delivery

Surface Finish

1

Screen Printing

Ink transferred via mesh stencil for precise, repeatable designs. Great for multi-color (up to 10 colors, ≤4 per bottle recommended), fade-proof, scratch-resistant and permanent.

Screen Printing
2

Spraying

Organic pigment sprayed evenly for full or partial coverage — solid, gradient or varied transparency. Strong adhesion; combines with hot stamping, screen printing, decals. Gloss, matte, metallic, pearl, gradient options.

Spraying
3

Frosting

Acid etch or sandblast creates an even matte finish — smooth, no glare, ideal for vodka, whisky, tequila. Stable and fade-resistant; can be layered for depth.

Frosting
4

Hot Stamping

Heat and pressure transfer metallic foil for crisp lines and strong shine — used for logos, vintage, badges; adds luxury. Gold, silver, rose gold, blue gold options.

Hot Stamping
5

Label Decal

High-temp baking sets ink firmly — ideal for premium spirits (whisky, vodka, brandy). High-temp (≈600°C) is durable; low-temp (≈180°C) offers richer color and 3D effect.

Label Decal
6

Electroplating

Metal (chrome/aluminum) deposited under vacuum for a mirror-like sheen — highly reflective, strong adhesion; tint gold, rose gold, blue. Needs precise shape; clean and bright result.

Electroplating
7

Laser Engraving

A laser heats and vaporizes the surface to carve patterns, text or a frosted texture — shallow or deep. No ink, no contact (non-contact processing).

Laser Engraving
8

Paper Label

The most common, flexible option for wine bottles. Custom coated, synthetic or metallic paper, enhanced with lamination, embossing, hot stamping, die-cutting. Affordable, fits many shapes.

Closures

Custom Caps & Closures

Standard and custom closures in glass, wood, composite, plastic, aluminum and zinc alloy.

1

Natural Cork

Lightweight and easy to process, it exhibits excellent compression and rebound properties, ensuring a snug seal for bottle stoppers. It is waterproof, wear-resistant, heat-resistant, and corrosion-resistant, made from renewable and eco-friendly materials. Ideal for airtight storage of various beverages.

Natural Cork
2

Synthetic Cork / Particle Cork

Low-cost and cost-effective for whisky, gin, rum and tequila. Compressed into a dense, stable seal that blocks air and preserves contents — ideal for high-volume filling.

Synthetic Cork/Particle Cork
3

Polymer Cork

A composite of core and skin in inert polymer — chemically stable and non-reactive. Hydrophobic and antimicrobial, recyclable, suitable for pharmaceutical and food packaging.

Polymer Cork
4

Aluminum-Plastic Cap

Seals out contaminants, locks in aroma; also cushions, resists shock, insulates, blocks moisture and light, and keeps contents fresh. For wine, spirits, beverages, essential oils and more.

Aluminum-Plastic Cap
5

Aluminum Screw Cap

Highly malleable aluminum fits many bottle shapes at low cost. Easy to open with a secure seal, balancing practicality and value.

Aluminum Screw Cap
6

Shrink Caps

PVC, aluminum-plastic or eco-friendly PET, with optional tear-strip. For wine, Baijiu, whisky, vodka and olive oil bottle mouths — sealing, dust-proof, anti-tamper and branding.

Shrink Caps
7

ROPP Cap

High-quality aluminum at a competitive price. A tamper-evident ring breaks permanently on opening — sealing and anti-tamper in one, ideal for beverage distribution and transit.

ROPP Cap
8

Crystal Glass Stopper

Highly compatible with glass; clear, multi-faceted or polished tops suit premium spirits, decanters and gift bottles. Air-tight, leak-proof and tasteless, preserving the original flavor.
